SHIPPING

• Your order is sent as soon as your jewel is finished. The time depends on the work done.
• One or more photos are sent before sending for verification.
• Shipping is already included in the price when ordering.
• You do not pay Tax upon receipt of your order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

• You have 20 days to return your order from the day of receipt.
• If the size is not suitable, we will redo your jewel at no additional cost. Only shipping costs will be charged.

• Return costs are at our expense if the jewel has a defect or does not conform to that presented on our site there may be slight differences because it is a craftsmanship and the colors of the stones may vary due to light or photo quality.
